Individual Support

I offer confidential and personalized support for children, adolescents, and adults—whether autistic, neurodivergent, or neurotypical.
Together, we move forward at your pace, based on your goals.

For example I can help you:
– Manage anxiety and stress
– Develop social and communication skills
– Structure your routines and improve organization
– Build self-esteem

As well as other goals defined according to your needs.

Each session is built around your reality, with attentive listening, practical tools, and close collaboration.

BRIO Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Affiliated with BRIO EAP, I offer support focused on well-being and practical tools, covered according to your employer’s plan.

  • Check with your employer to confirm your eligibility.

Parent Coaching

I support parents in understanding and positively managing challenging behaviours, using practical tools tailored to their reality.

My parent coaching is grounded in proven behavioural approaches and adapted to the specific needs of each family.

Through respectful, hands-on strategies, parents learn to better understand and support their child while maintaining balance within the family.

Support Groups

I offer three distinct support groups designed to meet the specific needs of participants.
Participants leave with practical tools and the support of a caring, understanding community.

T-ASD

  • Are you a teen and autistic? This group offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others, feel less alone, and build your social, emotional, and interpersonal skills.

  • Sessions explore themes such as self-esteem, social relationships, emotional regulation, and other topics relevant to daily life.

  • Each participant is free to share or simply listen, depending on their comfort level, with full respect for personal boundaries.

P-ASD

  • Parents of autistic children: A space for sharing, mutual support, and practical tools to better support their child on a daily basis.

HTTKWL

  • Parents of neurotypical children: A workshop inspired by the program How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish, focused on improving family communication.
